Please reinsert the disc ... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It wont let me leave this screen, I turn the console off and then turn it back on and it's the same thing.     system update?

    There is no disc in my xbox. When you turn it on it says "Can't read the update from the disc. Please reinsert the disc to continue the update. Status Code:3F45-3F4A-2800-0F00-C000-0059

    When I turn on the xbox360 it goes directly to "Can't read the update from the disc. Please reinsert the disc to continue update."

    I has the above error code. Ideas?

    Never ending "system update required" loop

    The problems listed are:

    Can't download the update. To test your connection, open System Settings and select Network Settings, Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

    Can't install the update. The disc is unreadable.

    Can't read the update from the disc. Please reinsert the disc to continue the update.

    These do not fit the description. However, I have tried all steps 1-5 and it did not fix my problem.

    No, my console didn't be modified or touched.

    Unfortunately, I don't have anybody else around with an Xbox 360 to test the disc.

    I cleaned it carefully, but nothing.

    Same message:

    System Update Stopped

    Can't read the update from the disc. Please reinsert the disc to continue the update.

    If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support.

    Status Code: 4099 - 43C5 - B800 - 0F00 -C000 - 00059

    Aside from this the middle button on my controller is blinking and it seems like it's frozen. Any suggestion to unblock the control or at least be able to enter to the system?

    Master Chief Collection physical copy won't play because of the xbox game pass.

    It sounds to me as though your disc drive has not read the disc, hence why you get the message to renew game pass. try ejecting the disc, reinsert it, then wait 30 seconds for it to read the disc, then try starting the game again.
