I have the game pass, but can't play games from the game pass.

Have you checked your subscription status from your Microsoft Account at
https://account.microsoft.com/services/?

Did you confirm the subscription renewal from your order history at
account.microsoft.com/orders?

Once you confirm everything is good from both links above, go ahead and do a
hard reset and power cycle. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
turn on the Xbox.

have you tried restarting your xbox? this usually fixes it for me

I own games on disc and then tried them on game pass and never had a problem before. But sometimes you might have to wait a day or two for the problem to fix itself. I remember Fallout 4 every once in awhile would pop up with a message saying the disc
was damaged or dirty even though at the time the disc and console were brand new. Then it stop saying it and everything went back to normal. I didn't hard reset or uninstall the game.

Thank you all. My game pass subscription says it had 13 days, a hard reset and reinstalling the game did not work. But, lucky me, I got a deal on my dashboard (3 months for $1) And just bought the game pass again. I'm hoping purchasing the game pass will
fix it, if not I'll only be down $1, and if it does work, I'll just be down 13 days. Thank you all for the help. If rebuying the game pass doesn't do it, I would avoid purchasing the game pass for the near future, as I've tried every other solution listed

Try hard resetting your console. If the problem persist, check your profile in the MS site, and go to check your purchases list, check if the payment were done.

If does not, contact MS support.

But if it is there, try deleting ONLY your profile, and redownload it. Then, try again to play those games. Also, before all of that, you could attempt to play another game on the service to determine if the problem only becomes with one game or the service.
