    I have spent well over the amount of money that you need to spend to get to rank 3 and 4 and I have yet to get my rank or my credit just this month I've spent more than $100 on Xbox so where is my credits let's speak about last night and all
    the money I put down but never really got any credits for

    Hi, I got a email saying if I spend over £45 then my star rank would upgrade to the next star.

    Well last week I spent over that amount yet your website doesn't show that I have done that. Can you please check if in fact that I have spent the required amount and if I have then update my page, thank you.

    I need some clarification since the reset as of January 1st. I am at 3 star vip do I have to spend 300 to reach 4 star or do I have to spend 1200 this year to reach 4 star rank. also if the second is true and I don't spend that much would I drop a rank
    based on the amount I do spend I tried reading the faq but they seem vague a better example in the faq section would be helpful thanks in advance

    From our FAQ:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items.
    However, the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables,
    Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.

    Therefore, your purchases of Game Consumables were not eligible for MyVIP progress. Game consumables include your DC Universe 12-Month, 10,000 Marketplace Cash, 320 Crystals, various Halo 5: Guardians packs, and various Gem purchases. Since your pre-order
    of Xcom 2 was made during our special September offer that rewarded pre-orders with MyVIP, it was included into your VIP calculations. I can confirm that your eligible purchases match the progress currently displayed on your MyRewards page.

    However, while reviewing your Rewards and purchases, I see that your November 2nd purchase did not properly update your FREEdom Rewards progress. We have escalated this issue to another team, and they are currently investigating this purchase.

    What about my preorder of Xcom2 the digital deluxe edition and my over 2000 points for this month for spending over 200 on free or not games and dlc because the 2000 you gave me was for the month before last
