I have some Gamertag questions: And, Why do you specifically need 32 character headlines???

I understand you have some questions about the gamertag.

I tried checking on the gamertag that you are referring to but I could not find the other one though but it is not possible to have 2 accounts with the same gamertag unless there is a suffix after that gamertag due to the recent update. It is possible that you may have encountered a glitch for some reason that is why it is showing both profiles with the same gamertag.

To your other question, You can use numbers at the beginning of your gamertag before when Xbox just started because there has been no policies regarding this being enforced and these are classic gamertags. You can even choose gamertags that has more than 12 characters unlike today that this is already the maximum. There were some updates with the gamertag policy and they do not allow gamertags to start with a number anymore after that update.

Thanks for posting. We're unable to guarantee that a specific Gamertag will be available, or speculate when a specific Gamertag will be released. Due to this, we are not able to assist with these types of inquiries. To address Gamertag character limitations,
Gamertags only have a maximum 15 character limit. Players can choose to space each letter out if they would like, it wouldn't be considered a glitch from us.

You would need to call support. If you can answer some account specific questions they will be able to give you the email address associated with the gamertag. 1-800469-9269 in North America.

Prison of Elders is a decently quick way to get etheric light. You can find some folk to help you thru 34 or run 32 for armor core as an alternative. I got one of my characters up from 32 to 34 in 3 weeks by runing POE 32 and getting 3 different armor pieces
from Variks. Once you have one 34 character POE 34 is one of the easiest surefire ways to get etheric light.

Kieran, I see you answering numerous questions, but you havent answered one very specific question. Why do you need our login info? Every other tracking site I've ever seen only needs your gamertag. So why the need for our credentials? I can't think of one
reason why you would need to see our login. And I'm especially concerned for those customers who enter their credit card info into them. In other words, this sounds very suspect, and seeing forum moderators telling us not to give out that info doesn't really
help your cause.
