I have set up account two primary accounts for my family and cannot get them to play a game...

I have a Gold Xbox live account and have created profiles for my wife and two boys. They can play all of the games I have downloaded to my Xbox.

You can either purchase a family Xbox Live Gold account or get them the free Silver accounts. I do recommend investigating the settings for your children. I have it set so they cannot play online.

The Main User account can set up sub accounts for members of their household.(similar to the family account). Once the primary user of the game loads the game onto a console, any one using that console will be able to play the game, their gamertags will
be linked to the Primary account.

Hi, you cannot change the primary account holder once it has been set sorry. You would need to cancel your family pack and purchase a new family pack on the profile you want as the primary account.

Yes you can allowance them

Or you redeem the points to your own account and then allowance to them which isnt too much work

You can redeem ms points codes on their profiles too but they cannot make purchases from your creditcard

The alternativr isnt recommended for two reasons

You can remove from the family plan from the family center on the master console with the primary account

Except they will have to add their own gold

They cannot add their own pointa because only the primary can do so

Can you try deleting the account´s cache?

Delete account Cache

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.

4. Close.

Power Cycle:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

After that, try to play the game again.
