i have service alert when testing live connection

I get a service alert when I run the Test Xbox Live connection

no this did not work but when i test xbox live connection it says service alert

Thanks for keeping us updated. If you haven't already, check out the link in the first response given to you. That link goes over the exact issue you are experiencing.

You may also want to test out your console on a different network if you have one available. A friend or family members network for example.

i have had a service alert on the xbox for a month or more, since i first noticed it keeps disconnecting me some times every 5 minutes mostly when im running youtube app. no error codes coming up. it can signing me in and out at the same time. tell what
is going on there

We did have a service alert earlier today but all the services are up and running again. However, that alert was more geared towards Kingdom Hearts. Aside from it saying there is a service alert is there any other error codes or messages shown on the screen?

Also, which console is this concerning?
