I have season pass! Why is IMC Rising showing $9.99?

Bad busines Microsoft, your only premier game that ditinguishes you from Sony and ya cant't even get that right.

 

It's currently 8:37pm, and it's still trying to charge me $9.99 for IMC Rising. What is going on Microsoft? Why is something always messed up? I can kinda see why the PS4 is kicking the xbox one's ***. Hmmm.....

 

Well at least their concept of time matches their concept of a working product release! Unreal...

 

Exactly. This was also EA's chance to lure bored players back from Destiny, and they can't even manage to get a simple DLC launch right.

I've got a whole list of preorders to cancel...

 

4 hrs. from what time? I have been waiting since 3 p.m. eastern time. Its now 10:30ish. Still trying to charge me.

 

I called MS and they had me purchase it and they are going to refund the charge.

 

I gave them $24.99 for the season pass. Thats all they're getting from me. This is just my opinion, but it seems to me like MS is losing their handle on xbox live. Something is always wrong or down. Apps not working right, achievements not unlocking, chat/party
issues, as well as billing issues. I don't remember it being this bad a few years ago. Again, thats just my opinion

 

Im in the same bout they need to change that for us season pass buyers.

 

My Titanfall game got me past the opening credits before giving me a wierd "Disconnected from Xbox Lice. Failure to Load Profile. Error x836e" mesage

We it is now almost midnight. Still the same. You would think they would have sent users a message about the status. Sounds like they do not care. At least tell update us with some info.

 

Here's one for you. I have a SP but the MS store asked me to pay, so I did to play. The update loaded and worked fine. One hour later the DLC wouldn't play and didn't show I had it loaded on my menu screen. So here we go again!

 

I had this issue yesterday, but read the 4 hour post so decided to log my time into destiny instead.

Woke up this morning and and I was able to download and play it without issue. So whatever it was, they appear to have it fixed. (Im in HK, so timing is different)
