I have the same issue. Are your network speeds on your xbox different from what you test on a laptop?

I do not have a laptop, but I do have a Desktop PC, Download times are very similar when the Xbox is working properly. I have not done a proper test, but with the download speeds I've had I can't see a difference between my Xbox, and PC, when they are both

I use a PC and used to use Xbox, I believe all downloads have to go through Microsoft servers. My internet gives me hundreds of Mbps, but I only get around 60 for downloads. Going through a server means that the download is coming from the developer,
to Microsoft's servers, then finally to your device. The issue isn't how fast your internet is, it's how fast the servers are going. They will slow down if many people are downloading. If you see this and believe I am wrong please correct me.

It's hard for me to believe that, because I've downloaded these games or updates at so many different times, even at 4 in the morning its that slow. Also as I mentioned in the post, my other Xbox does not have this problem, In fact I was downloading the

This is ridiculous! Down speed as low as 0.02 mbps. It takes a full day/overnight to download any updates. Slow is one thing, dead is another. I have checked all possible sources of the problem, and it is certainly caused by the xBox One, another "superb"
product put on the market by Microsoft. My MBP shows a down speed in excess of 70 mbps,so my network is not the problem. Network IT tech suggested a port forwarding problem. Any thoughts on this?
