I have restricted access to Forza 5

I keep getting this message on Forza 5. (You cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up. To do this, customize your Xbox privacy settings in Settings > Account > Privacy & online safety” everything is set to “allow”

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

I appreciate you checking. If it's already set to "Allow", please "block" all of them and then submit, lastly "allow" again and then submit.

After all that remove and re-add your account to re-sync the changes that were made.

I have done this already all my settings have been changed to either allow or everyone.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

I have all of the settings on allow, the issue is that Forza Horizon 5 continues giving the message "Access to user-generated content is restricted by your profile privacy settings." I am currently trying to uninstall then reinstall the game.
