    Why do you say i have not paid when I have proof that i did pay on the 27.01.2025

    Hi Logan. In my previous email I sent you the proof that my acount was actually deducted. Meaning the money left my account. Can you please investigate why the money was not received on your side. In my country R199 is a lot of money and I cannot afford to loose that deduction and repay it again which results in me actually paying double.

    I don't think Microsoft understood my complaint. I did not buy anything from them. They said I wasn't entitled to a refund. The service request number is 1511493059 But I'm unable to get back to them.

    I never did find a link that worked, but it sounds like they will be replacing my controller. I am sure there will be a fee. But, they were nice. Next time, I will buy from a place with an extended warrenty, at leats for the controllers. the drifting issues
    are just too common.
