Can you assist? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I spoke to support and they provided a reference number for the chat explaining my problem not being able to use the packs downloaded from the builders...     Help with failed Minecraft builders pack download

    Hi,

    I have just got my first xbox and tried to install my Minecraft builders pack which came with the console but for some reason the install failed.

    I got an error message but did not write it down.

    When I now try to install the builders pack it states that the code has already been redeemed but the builders pack does not show on my console.

    Can someone help please?

    Were you chatting with a support agent or an ambassador?

    If it was an ambassador, they do not work for Microsoft or Xbox and have no say in the prices.

    If it was a support agent, do you still have the chat log? Do you have a reference number? If you have the reference number for the conversation (which is provided for every conversation) call support again and reference that number.
