I have questions about postings and settings on my account

To Whom It May Concern:

I don't play much or post very little, and yet, I get this message Icant post due to past behavior. Which strikes as odd. I have no idea what this entails. I have been in contact with support and they say my account is in good standing.
Although, today that is not so. I would like to fix any issues that may be inadvertent or on my part without knowledge. I am a private person, so I cant imagine where this is coming from.

I used to help a lot of people with legitimate problems that they have had on here. I have had my account for about 2 years now. I am going to try and post on as many threads i can if people have problems or just questions about life. So if you have any questions, please. Feel free to ask me.

Question About 2/16/12 Update

Ice and KLRSKIR have answered the question properly and have the posted credentials on their gamercards to do so. Posting what "could" be or going on about code isn't useful and posting after a moderator has posted is counter-productive.

Question answered and we're done.

You will need to login (website) live.microsoft.com as the Parent, if you do not know the password, you will need to pick "Forgot Password" option.

The only reason for gs to go down is for a reset or if someone got access to the account and changed it using outside sources.

If the score was reset there would be a notice on a yellow bar saying "This players achievements have been reset due to cheating" when you looked at the stats on xbox.com.

If it is not there, then contact support as I mentioned above.

onyx62is I do understand about the name wheel regards to names been release. Could that been the same with my brother's account?

Cause I do know there isn't a way for anyone to change gamer points as my brother's account gp is over 3000 and the same account has only 10 gp

I'm sure my brother forget what e-mail he was using at the time and password.

I believe that the gamer profile of my brother's was deleted then release the user name. I'm not mad just wondering cause i wouldn't want that happening to me.
