    Have you subscribed to Game pass ultimate?

    If don't this is an issue for support.

    Choose Xbox one, then cathegory payment and billing.

    Press show contact options.

    Choose Request a call from support or chat with xbox support.

    Also, try remove and add your account again on your xbox. Have you looked at your Microsoft account web page? Under subscriptions?

    Sometimes removing the profile from the xbox and adding it back can "resync" the account information. As others suggested make sure in your subscription's that your still active with gold.

    I am having the same issue. i can check and confirm my subscription is valid until Feb 2019. however, when i try to access online game, it say that i need to be logged into Xbox live account. which is annoying.

    It was my Xbox Live Gold that expired, I thought it was only at the end of Feb 2019

    Just renewed it and free download is working :)
