Yes, in that case proceed with the refund form
Just make sure to select the category advised previously and under the new category that appears after that, select duplicate charge for the same item

And don't forget to be as detailed as possible

Thank you so much for your reply, it has been over 48 hours so i t think thats the issue, but even though there are 2 identical charges on my bank statement there is only one on my xbox history and i would like to keep ownership of the game, i also working with my bank as there is a small chance it may have been something on thier end. Okay thank you i will proceed eith this, it is also the wrong version of the game (cross generation) i will mention this also in detail thank you.

I have just gotten back and have unfortunately not been able to refund it due it not showing up in the refund availability section, i have still not managed to contact support yet. Steps to take from here?

Sorry to hear that you were charged twice for this game. Actually you can fix the problem, for this you can fill the refund form below:

(Select billing error under the reason)

In case your refund gets denied, you can actually file an appeal for the results of the refund.

All you need to do is to reply to the email that was sent to you by the refund team, you can reply with a detailed explanation so they can review your request again and grant you a possible exception.

PS: Just as an extra advise and if you don't mind. In some cases this second charge is cancelled after 48 hours automatically
