    I have problems to buy Nba2k17.Which requires regioni lock?? I have bought games always in xbox live store, once shoots purchase arrangements do not allow.Why to sell Xbox in Estonia if we can`t buy games in Xbox live store ???

    I understand, I'm sorry to know that the problem persists even after verifying that you are in the correct account and the subscription status. If you want my personal opinion, I could tell you to contact support or wait for the response from another user who has gone through this same problem.

    We need to validate if you are logged in with the correct account where the Xbox gift card was redeemed. Sign in at: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments and check if you can see your Microsoft balance from there.

    If it doesn't show up from there, check all the Microsoft accounts you have.
