I have problems with start up of Microsoft Jigsaw

    daily challenges

    When I want to start the Daily challenges of Microsoft Jigsaw, I Always come back to the game menu. I use Windows 10.

    With de daily challenges of the other games, I have no problems.

    a few weeks ago i bought a new laptop, i reinstalled my microsoft games: mirosoft solitaire, microsoft mahjong and microsoft jigsaw. the first two ihad no problems with, but with jigsaw my nametag is right but i have adifferent name in the top right, ihad
    previously finished all the jigsaws, but now i have to start from scratch, can you help please?

    I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
    license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
    first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.

    On Windows 10 pull up the start menu

    Locate Microsoft Jigsaw then right click, then click on More, then click on App settings.

    In the App settings screen for Microsoft Jigsaw turn off the permissions for Camera, Documents, and Background apps.

    Then click the Terminate button, exit the App settings screen, then start the Microsoft Jigsaw app. This process has worked for me

    several times when after a Windows Update has occurred, Jigsaw experiences the black screen spinning wheel scenario.

    freezing up

    I just signed in to jigsaw puzzles trying to put together a puzzle. It has froze up on me 3 times just doing the edge pieces, then it kicked me completely out of jigsaw puzzles. A friend is having the same problem. Is Microsoft ever going to repair the problem?
