I have problems with my console when running a game

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues with your console.

Would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down.

- Unplug the power cord from your console for 3 - 5 minutes (If you have the original Xbox One, unplug the power supply from both the Xbox and the outlet).

- Plug everything back together and turn your console on.

- Try launching a Game Pass game.

If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate it if you take the time to answer the following questions:

• May I ask which Xbox model you have?

• Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console?

• Could you tell me exactly what happens when you try to launch one of these games?

• Have you already verified your subscription to Game Pass is still active? you can see this at: https://account.microsoft.com/services

• Besides Game Pass games, are you experiencing issues launching other games?

I have the same problem! I updated my console lastnight then went to bed when I got on this morning I cannot access the social apps marketplace and when running my game the console sounds extremely loud which it did not previous to update. So it has to be
the update!

I have similar problem, when i start my console, it is not connected to xbox live, when i run the Network test, it says that "Everything it´s Fine" that my console is connected, but it still remains out of xbox live.

That's not the problem, I am hardwired. I don't run WiFi for my console. See my other response. When I hit the home button on my controller, that's when I have the problems. I cannot get menus to operate or buttons to respond.
