i have problems whit my rewards

Discus and support i have problems whit my rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; since december 29th i solicited a deposit. but i dont have credits in my account. i verified my adress and it is ok . please help me...     The account that I did not "accept" the password and to reset the password I need my old cell number, which I do not have.

    What I need to do?

    Xbox Gold Problem

    first of all I'm sorry but i cant find the right place to post my problem.

    Ok so the main site Xbox.com doesn't recognize me as a gold member, I don't have any problem's on my console i can play online and deals whit gold, games whit gold display correctly but the Xbox site keep telling me to upgrade to gold but my gold subscription
    expire on 6/10/2016.

    This give me problem's when i try to download the games whit gold from the Xbox.com site and now i am having problems because of this whit the Xbox rewards program not getting any rewards from my purchases from the store and my VIP status stop suddenly i
    contact rewards support and they tell to contact Xbox support so I hope and u guys can fix my problem.

    Thanks in advance and by the way the Xbox site tells me that my last log-in was in 2011 0.o

    Hello Disurdek,

    We only do deposits on scheduled deposit dates around the middle and end of the month. Your deposit request was made too late to be included in last month's end of deposit, and was instead scheduled for January's mid-month deposit.
