    I have problems to redeem subscription codes with my account, when I try to redeem one card for 12 months I receive that there are issue and contact support.

    This issue is only with this type of cards, when I redeem the codes with other account I don´t have problems.

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    There's problems with the Xbox Store not redeeming codes right now. I called the hotline and it was the first thing the automaton said.

    I have the same problem. When I try to redeem my 12 month code it just says that an error occured with XBL and that the code can not be redeemed...

    Destiny Beta issues

    As far as I can tell, people are having a problem with the beta code when they redeem it on xbox.com. I didn't have any problems when I redeemed it on my xbox one itself. Now the beta is open to the public so you shouldn't have to worry about the code now.

    if you have the beta on your hdd remove it I had that problem and I could only get it to redeem when done with redeem code on the marketplace page in game . I hope it resolves your problem

    This problem you have is when you redeem the code for the game itself?

    If the purchased code gives the same benefits as the first one, I believe you will not be able to redeem it since the other items you already have in your account, so this message is displayed.
