    I have problems when I redeem the code for the wear of war collection


    When I enter the codes shows a message saying, sorry for an unexpected error, please try again later and does not display an error code.

    Try to redeem them in my xbox one and in the web page xbox.com

    Hello, i am having problem with my xbox 360 gears of war collection for xbox one redeem codes. When i am trying to redeem codes using my xbox one s for those games i am getting message, Something happened at our end. waiting might help. redeeming other codes
    works. gears of war collection codes wear included in gears of war 4 which i got together with a bundle which i bought from official microsoft website. I have contacted before community ambassador and did check up on my xbox one s and there was nothing wrong
    with it, as well code were checked and it was confirmed that they haven't been redeemed. Later i was told that it is ongoing problem from inside of company and usually it takes to solve problems in 3-5 hours. But its been already few weeks. I did try as well
    to redeem codes directly using website that didnt work as well. I am hoping to wait for response from support staff.

    I have problems to redeem subscription codes with my account, when I try to redeem one card for 12 months I receive that there are issue and contact support.

    This issue is only with this type of cards, when I redeem the codes with other account I don´t have problems.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. Have you tried redeeming the codes again recently? Also are you able to try redeeming the codes via the Xbox App on a smartphone? And do you get an error code when you try to redeem the codes? If so, can you provide it to us
    please? It would resemble either XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.

    No codes for GoW collection

    Hey there -

    I see you mention that you purchased the console bundle in November of 2016. When did you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that was included with the bundle? In order to qualify to receive the legacy collection, the token had to have been redeemed by December
    31, 2016. If you redeemed the code after that, unfortunately you would not qualify to receive the collection of prior games.

    I've have been waiting as well, I bought mine from the MS online store. I bought the 1 TB version but still have not received the codes for the legacy collection.

    I also redeemed the code for the Gears of War 4 game.
