I have Problems Playing Back Movies On X Box One

I have a rather annoying Problem: Whenever I playback certain Movies on my X Box One, I get 2 black lines either on the sides or bottom or top of my picture. Is there a way of killing those so I can use Fullscreen on playback?

Wireless display

I have an xbox one and I also have an xbox one x, on the Xbox I have wireless display it works great no problems at all I stream movies to my Xbox ect. Now I have bought an xbox one x I moved everything across from my Xbox one to the one x. Now my wireless
display dosnt work on my Xbox X. Settings the same as Xbox One why because I transfer it all across. Both systems are registered for insider program both boxes are on alpha preview. remember now the Xbox one still works what's going on with my one x is it
faulty ect? Any help would be great thanks.

Daily Challenges

I have been playing the daily challenges regularly and now I cannot even sign into X-box to play the games. I do what they say - sign into X-box and go back to app. When I do - it just keeps saying the same thing. Why can't I sign into X-box on the challenges
but can on X-box on the X-box website.

This does not sound like a problem it just sounds like the aspect ratio of what you are watching is not the same as the 16:9 ratio of your television.

What is the Aspect Ratio? (4:3, 16:9, 21:9)

Region code is 2 and they are PAL there seem to be a lot of problems with play back on the X Box one s

I play the game on two different X Box One consoles and a PS4 with no problems. Have 6 other friends (1P.C., 2 PS4, and 3 X Box One.) that play with no problems. Comes to a 100% satisfaction rate! Are you sure you're not sticking the disc into the toaster?

I'm having the same problem. I bought my white X-Box back in 2007 and the game just won't work. I've tried installing to HDD and get "cannot read disc/disc dirty" errors at 40%. I spoke with X-Box support who said that the disc drive was starting to fail
and that since my X-Box was out of warranty, I'd have to spend $100-120 + tax + shipping to send it in to get fixed. I tried to play it on my buddy's X-Box Elite and got the same problems. I've exchanged the disc and got the same problem. HELP!!!!

An amazing number of problems is resolved by cold starting the X-Box One. I had several issues just to get this game to run without sitting at an endless loading screen. Turns out it wasn't the game it was the X-Box One. By clearing the X-Box One cache
that allows for quick starting in less then 30 seconds it fixed this problem as well as the later problem with only being able to Auto save. A few days after the loading screen fix I had lost electricity while playing and had thought the save file damaged
in some way. I cold started the X-Box one and it fixed that problem as well. To cold start: Make sure your X-Box One is turned off, remove the plug from the wall, wait 2 minutes, plug the X-Box power cord back into outlet, and turn on the X-Box One. You
should see the 3 little dots being highlights left to right. It can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 3-4 minutes. The second time I did this after I had lost power it took almost 4 minutes to start.
