I have problem with sign in Microsoft account to PlayStation network

"Unable to sign in

We could not link your account for Playstation Network to a Microsoft account at this time

This Microsoft account has already been linked to a different account for Playstation Network

You can attempt to sign in again anytime from settings>game>cross-platform play"

Although I'm using the same psn account I linked my Microsoft account on and I have the same account linked to normal Minecraft but Minecraft Dungeons doesn't login

I hope you can find a fix to this problem.

I have to full error msg now, I'm able to login to Microsoft on any other device but not PS4 for some reason,

"Oops! Looks like the Microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on the "PlayStation Network"

Please sign in with a Microsoft account that is not already linked on

Is the error msg, I can't login with another because this is my only Microsoft account and idk how to logout with this one on playstation without knowing where it is logged into.

1. I only have 1 playstation console

2. I'm getting error failed to login

3. I couldn't put a screen shot because it dosent load but this is what the error said

Based on the description, you have linked your Microsoft account to your PlayStation device and have sign it out and trying to see if you can sign in again. Let us check and see on what we can do to help address your concern in a timely manner.

As per the official article provided by the game developer support team, once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. You will not be able to link another Microsoft account to your PlayStation account. You can only tie one Microsoft account to a PlayStation™ Network account. Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.

To answer your questions, you can sign in back the original account that you used to linked to your PlayStation device since the purpose of signing out was to test the old account which I assumed the old account is not the account that is originally linked to your PlayStation device. Is that correct?
