    I put my 25 digit code and it continues to say error. I went on the website but then it put me here.

    My 25 digit code is for my 3 month live gold so I can play online with my friends on 2k17 and everything, but I can't do that until this problem is fixed.

    Hi! Need help, I bought 3 Months Xbox live gold...aktivated the Code. Im with gold Til feb.29.2018 so far AS good, but If i want Play online, it didn't work's....you have to geht gold.

    So i pay'd for a nother Month.....nothing....i can't Play online. I try Battlefront 2...nö....WW2 CoD....no

    I am having a similar problem. Purchased 12 Month Live Gold Subscription Prepaid Card, entered the code online, and both online and on the console our Live account shows us to be a 12 Month Gold Member, but it won't let my kids start or join a party. Says,
    "You must be an XBOX Live Gold Member to join a party." What????

    I have exactly the same problem. I bought a 3 month xbox live gold, but I did by the xbox live website because I cant did it by the xbox console. Then when I tried to play a game online, a "conection problem" message appeared. Next, when I went to my system
