I have problem with my controller, he disconnects same with full battery

I have problem with my controller, he disconnects same with full battery.

I can not tell if the problem is in control or on the console. If it would be the case to do a cleaning or a technical problem. I would also like to know what the cost would be if you were interested in switching the current console to the scorpio model.

Thank you very much in advance.

    Att, Tiago Tostes.

    :)

Xbox One Wireless controller randomly disconnects

I contacted Microsoft support and described my problem. The support person immediately said the problem was the Xbox One's controller battery cover and is shipping me a new battery cover. She assured me that this will fix the issue. I am very skeptical
that this will fix the issue unless they redesigned the battery cover to hold the battery in place better. I will compare the covers when it arrives to see if there is a difference. While I'm waiting, my controller still disconnects from the console. Has
disconnected on me 3 times a few minutes after a fresh charge. The battery indicator will go from showing full to red in about 1 hour. Then you disconnect controller and re-connect and it shows full again only to repeat the same pattern. If the battery
cover doesn't work I will try to get MS to replace the rechargeable battery. I have not yet had this problem with AA batteries. With AA batteries the indicator also seems to work properly.

I have problem with my controller, he disconnects same with full battery

    Hey Tiago -

Hmm. I have some questions for you. Are you using a rechargeable battery pack or AA batteries? If you connect your controller to your console using a USB cable, does it stay connected? And when does the disconnection happen - during a specific moment or
randomly? If you can, can you bring your controller to a friend's house and try it on their Xbox One console to see if it continues disconnecting? And finally, do you possibly have any other devices that could be interfering between devices? Such as mobile
    phones, laptops, etc.

You can take a peek at the
    controller disconnecting
guide and try the steps listed there. Hopefully something there works but if not, be sure to let us know and we'll see what we can think of next.

Good luck! I have problem with my controller, he disconnects same with full battery :)

    Controller Disconnecting

Recently (Around 4 days ago), my controller randomly started to disconnect. At first I thought it was the batteries which are Energizer Recharge so I recharged them to a full battery. I tried with all 8 of them and it just kept on randomly disconnecting.
I tried another a different brand of batteries only to get the same result. Also recently my cousin came over to open my Xbox and clean it. I noticed that after he cleaned it, the button to pair something with the Xbox was gone. I shrugged it off and started
to play again, note that my sensor cable is broken meaning I have to use my controller to turn it on. No matter what it will randomly disconnect and then connect again. Can someone please help me with my problems?
    do you check baterry?

After the September update, controller is disconnecting all the time!

Same problem with both of my controllers. They started disconnecting right after the update. No difference with battery pack/normal batteries. I guess I will have to keep my charger cable plugged in until MS patches this problem :(

    problems with wireless controllers

My controllers are doing the same thing. They are both wireless controllers. I tried one with new batteries and the other with a battery pack. When it's plugged in with the battery pack it works and even says that it has a full charge. When I disconnect
the cord, it won't reconnect to the XBOX. I don't have anything new (wireless or bluetooth or anything) that would be interfering with the signal - to my knowledge.
