[Mod Removed - Personal Information] but I see in the details it was decline so I need your help to complete payment to start play.

I did not know why it was decline, I purchase after that EA Access and FIFA 19 Points It was approved.

What happens when trying to launch FIFA 19? Is there an error message that pops up when trying to access the game?
