The tracker on the xbox one doesn't count the Crestwood dragon.

You need to save before you fight that dragon,beat it & then reload the save & fight it again in order for that dragon to count on the achievement tracker.

Some achievements can get delayed when they unlock. If you go into the Achievements app you should see your progress as 100% for Dragons' Bane achievement.

If this is the case, simply keep using your console as you normally would and eventually the achievement will pop. You don't even need to be playing Dragon Age at the time. I had this with a few achievements and after a couple of days while doing something
unrelated the achievement unlock just pops for the ones you obtained.
