    i have a gift key.i get from my friend.and my friend get from bing rewards..

    now i want to redeem that.but it is deactivated.

    Minecraft windows 10 Edition Product key stolen?

    No that is not the problem the person who has used my gift key is not me i have no hands on that account.

    Something went wrong with microsoft's key protection and someone else got their dirty hands on my key.

    That is the problem... Why cant microsoft delete a minecraft gift key on the other persons account?

    Your friend would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

    Even if the code is not working, it is never a good idea to post it on a public forum. Anyone can steal it.

    Did not get community reward yesterday

    Today (monday) the keys were there as a gift (clicked the small gift icon at the bottom of the home screen). Thanks, but why do I have to wait 3 days for the keys to appear?

    I started a pyromancer and picked the key. Wasn't in my inventory.

    I started a THIEF.

    STILL wasn't in my inventory.

    The other gifts all seem to work.

    It's just the freaking key that's missing.
