    I have problem to buy with my credit card


    Hi. I get the next poster when I try to make a purchase in the store

    I can not understand what I should do to solve it

    Try a different way to pay

    The region for your payment method and your Windows region don't match.

    The simplest way to fix it is to use a payment method from your Windows region.

    Or, change your Windows region. Go to Settings > Time & language > Region & Language.

    Note: If you change your Windows region, your previous digital purchases may not work.

    a problem with puchasing retrocompatible games

    Hi everyone, i have an issue with my xbox store, i cant buy any retrocompatible game with my credit card, is there a way to buy by other means? ive bought xbox one games with my credict card so i dont see whats the problem...

    Can't remove credit card from my account.

    Everytime i want to buy a dlc or game it tells me that there is a problem with my credit card, but my credit card doesnt even work. What do i do? I can't buy anything from games to doc. Please help me.

    That sometimes happens when the method of payment linked to your account is not compatible with the region of your account. To sort this out you should contact xbox chat support billing section: support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Why is the add money to family member, account balance greyed out?

    Hi,

    I know my credit card works fine. It's not my credit card that's the problem, it's choosing the balance I have in my account to buy the gift card.

    Can you fix this please?

    I thank you all for the answers, but the answers are for the wrong problem. I dont have a problem buying more EP. I have a lot in my account. I cannot get at them from ingame AOEO, and when I go to the Xbox site to try to solve the problem by trying to buy
    more, it says I have no credit card on file. When I try to add a credit card, it says account problem. So, the problem is somewhere in my account that wont let me get at my points, or add a credit card. That points to an account problem at a deep level.

    Will somebody please figure this out, it's REALLY annoying not being able to add my credit card. Someone from microsoft should really fix this because the credit card is not the problem. PLEASE FIX THIS SO I DONT HAVE TO BUY A PREPAID CARD.
