If you look in My games & apps is the game in the ready to install section at all ?

Can you try to go to "My games & apps" > Highlight "Life is Strange" > Press on the menu button > Select "Manage Game" > Check your add-ons if they're marked as "Installed" when you click on them.

I think Episode 1 & episodes 2-5 are 2 separate installs as well
