    I have played for more than 5 hours.


    I have played more than 5 hours on the disk copy of the xbox one version, I bought it fairly recently, I have waited a few days, am I eligible for the free copy of better together?

    what happening with the free ride

    I got the same problem. Only 2 games recognized as played for more than 5 hours, but I played 4 games from the Free Ride catalog for more than 5 hours.

    Freedom rewards issue

    I played more than 3 games for 5 hours for freedom rewards but it only shows one game completed for 5 hours and it's been more than 96 hours. I played Witcher Gwent card game, Roblox, Crossout and Golf but i have only achieved 1 punch out of 3 games.

    If you own Minecraft: Xbox One Edition on disc and have played for at least 5 hours in the past 12 months or bought DLC, you’ll be able to upgrade to Minecraft for free, until January 30th 2018.

    If you haven’t played in the past 12 months, you can play five hours or purchase DLC before January 30th 2018 to unlock your upgrade.

    If you’re eligible based on your purchases or game play, you will see a copy of Minecraft available in Ready to install under My games & apps.

    I'm having the same issue I own dlc for minecraft xbox one edition as well as played 5hours and still no better together update
