I have paid for Premium but I do not have it

When the ads come on I have even clicked on 1 yr or 1 mnth and it tells me I have to reinstall in order to enable in-app purchases. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 10 times. Same thing happens every time. I have followed all suggestions on the
support link including checking for updates through store and through apps on computer. I have a Surface notebook running Windows 10 Pro version 1607. This is very frustrating. I have had Premium for several years. I do have Premium on Microsoft Jigsaw and
Mahjongg and they work fine.

I paid for premium. I have error 101_107_1. I have uninstalled multiple times and re-installed. I have ran wsreset, and sfc /scannow. I have current updates from windows.

I am NOT a Facebook member, nor do I intend to become one.

Please advise on how to get this game working.

Surely there is a set of Registry entry instructions to remove any residue of previous installs and get this working correctly?

If this is a person providing support, I thank you in advance.

So the game works perfectly for me, no more crashes, smooth play, easy to join games... as far as I'm concerned the main problems have been fixed so now I'm happy with my purchase!
