    So, I have just upgraded from my Xbox to a PC and now want to use my Xbox account and all the saved information and perks on my pc (xbox game pass and game progress data) with this I paid for an upgrade to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and cancelled my other subscriptions such as Xbox game pass for console and Xbox live as these perks then get updated to the Ultimate edition where I keep these. The issue that follows is that I do not have access to these perks that are stated under the Ultimate edition such as EA Play games that I cannot download and then also under my account it also states that I only have the console subscription of Xbox game pass, I understand that there is a cooling off period where the subscription ends on the date it was paid for or renewed.

    My questions:

    Why does it state I do not have ultimate on my subscriptions on my xbox account when it says I have it on my Microsoft account?

    Why do I not have access to EA Play games when it says in the subscription I have access to them?

    What I am trying to say is why when I have paid for ultimate xbox game pass am I getting nothing I paid for and no evidence of me buying the pass other than my Microsoft account?

    I have seen many people dealing with the issue so any help and responses would be great

    Xbox Game Pass is broken

    Well yes it is ultimate but it says normal game pass on the xbox app.

    My Region is Turkey. And the subscription is being paid with Turkish Currency. Just the language is English UK*. IF it is not available I would like to pay for game pass for PC only then. Since I mainly purchased Ultimate for Xcloud.

    May I know if you have any other Microsoft account that you could have signed into the Microsoft store or the Xbox app recently?
    yes ultimate is directly under my gamer tag and i only have one account on pc 2 on console but ive never used the 2nd account on pc and on the game pass page where it says see all plans it has pc games pass which says join and directly under that is games pass ultimate and says manage

    How to Fix error code 0x803F8001?

    When i click on my profile on the xbox app and then on settings it says "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate" and it goes till 12/30/2021. If i click on my profile on the Microsoft website with my Microsoft Store account it says that i have subscribed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate too.
