I have paid for minecraft and it HAS taken my money, but its not showing up in my microsoft...

Open the Microsoft Store and click on your profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out. Once signed out, sign back in using the account that has Minecraft and check the launcher again.

Me too...My daughter wanted some in game Minecraft content for her birthday. I dont normally like spending money on this type of stuff, but as its her birthday I said she could have it as a treat, to which she was very excited. Within Minecraft, I went to buy some coins, it redirected me to the microsoft store asking for a minimum purchase of £10 store credits. I paid this, and then find that Microsoft have taken my money for the Minecraft purchase, but the money is sitting in her account, and there is no way to purchase minecraft coins.

I now cannot buy her the content I said she could have.

The content was only £1.50, but Microsoft only allowed me to top up a min of £10

The £10 is now sitting in the Microsoft Account, they wont refund it.

Seems like theft.
