I have now been charged 3 times for fortnite crew and only refunded once!

I'm trying to cancel fortnite crew and it's not even showing in my subscriptions to cancel but have been charged 11.99 for the past three months and the charges are in the billing history.

I was ready to spend £14 on Rocket League but out of nowhere fortnite crew charged me £10 is it possible to get a refund Thank You

im requesting a refund from the fortnite crew subscription because epic game says i am no longer a crew member sense september of 2022
