I have now been banned 4 times for something I didn't even do to my account but what a hacker ...

I am constantly being banned because a hacker has made my account glare at the enforcement team for them to ban me.

I have asked an Xbox support helped and said that the best solution is to post on this thread. Other than that I will be banned again and again and again.

PLEASE DO NOT BAN MY ACCOUNT!!!! It wasn't me that hacked it!!!!!

Banned for nothing!?

I was about to play grand theft auto for the first time in a long time because I am excited for the release on the Xbox one and I go to sign in and boom! MY ACCOUNT is banned..... I check my email and it says I was hacking!? I don't even know what they
mean! I don't know if someone is trolling me or something! I have been banned before for the same reason! Why does it say I hack if I don't even know what hack is!! This is frustrating me! I will not play for days and days and come back to a ban!!!!! I didnt
even do anything!!!!!

I got banned for no reason

I been banned for something that i didn't do account theft. I wasn't on my account for 4 months and soon as i got online i got banned for no reason

I suggest you contact support again & ask them to open an unauthorised access case if you think your account has somehow been compromised.

The enforcement team do not use the forums & no one here can do anything.

I have played with bcrf for over a year now and I have seen nothing that he has done to deserve this ban! This is ridiculous

How about delete the hackers account, I have the name of another hacker, recently stole my cousins account and is even selling it, xbox gamertag of hacker is fritz6163, how about do something and get rid of the hackers

I can access it but i was banned for something I didnt do and these hackers have the account so they have all the info to it and can do anything with the account
