I Have Not Used My Free 14 day Game Pass Tiral yet i have been saving it so i could use it when im on Vacation this week and next week. and then i would know if it's worth the 9.99 every month. So it tells me i have it and i start to join and it ask me for
my password and after I enter it i read that it would bill my credit card i choose 9.99 today and every month. So Something Isn't Working Correctly. I have had a gold Account for about 4 years and im always having problems like this or with my rewards points.
I was gonna buy another game from the Microsoft Store on my Xbox But now I'm not gonna do nothing until this is fixed. I've spent so much money from your store on Xbox. you should check my account and see the amount and i should not have these kind of problems.

Our 14 day free trial for our XBox won’t work

Gold trials can be used on any account that does not actively have a gold subscription. It does not matter if you have previously had gold or a trial.

Are you about this? From memory, when I tried redeeming a 14 day trial it didn't work for me. It's the same for Game Pass as well.

Xbox Game Pass 14 day trial error?

Hello community.

So, there were some cool games added to Game Pass and I really wanted to try them on, and since there is a 14 day trial for Game Pass, I tried giving it a shot. When I click the link, ( also, I used this link Xbox Game Pass | Xbox , it's
in Portuguese but I don't think it matters ) , and I head up for the free trial it links me to the page. All good until now. When I click to get it, it redirects me to a 10€ Game Pass subscription of 1 month, I don't know why.

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I already used a free 30 day trial of Game Pass that came with my Xbox One, and another 14 day trial that came with some batteries that I purchased not too long ago.

If anyone has a solution or an answer, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

So we can take a closer look with you, can you reply with a picture of where you're seeing that it will charge you immediately? You would need to enter payment information for the auto-renew regardless, but you're right that it shouldn't charge until the
trial is up.

Also, were you trying to sign up via the console or at Xbox.com? Do you see the same issue in both places if you try?

Ok. Yes I have tried to do it on the Xbox first. Then I tried to do it on my phone. Can you just give me a code for the Game Pass trial. I had been saving it for when I Took my 2 week vacation and I started my vacation last Wednesday. I wanted to know
if it's worth the money$9.99 a month. If it's worth it I'm gonna sign up. I've got enough gold the it will last until 9/11/18. I just wanted to Use my trial wile I was off from work and can really test it . Thanks for the help
