    Xbox sent me a message on my xbox saying that they refunded my money after making a pre-order for cold war due to a problem but i still have not recieved the money back and they say i will have to buy the game again but i still see no refund.

    Where did you buy the game from?

    If you bought it digitally from the Xbox One Store then check your download Queue as it is likely to be sat waiting to be installed.

    If you bought it from another retailer, you should speak to them about getting a code for the bull shark card.

    Thanks for the link but i have posted 20+ times and not recieved a reply once. Its like me breaking the law and not being told what i did. Its stupid and if Microsoft do not want my money ill happily give it to Sony. Anyway you should recieve an email stating
    what you did wrong but i have not recieved this too so makes me question what i did wrong.
