I have not recieved my 3 month free Groove code from the promotion

I signed up for the Groove promotion, and near the 1 month free trial end, I was expecting a 3 month code. I asked support and was told it would be sent nearer the subscription end - however there was some confusion, and they also turned off my auto renew.
I still did not recieve the 3 month code, and now my subscription has ended too! Can I have my subscription put back on with the offer please?

I never got my free 3 months of Groove music after buying one and since then it expired and I have not recieved 3 months free code I shouldve. Here's the reference number to my case No. [Mod Removed]

I searched for the Groove offer and signed up online on the Microsoft UK site.

 

Thanks for that extra info! For help with issues regarding website/email promotions, you'll want to post over on the

Groove forums for assistance. We only help with promotions offered through the Xbox console and we don't have any insight into the email/website promotions.
