I have not recieved my 3 month free Groove code from the promotion

Discus and support I have not recieved my 3 month free Groove code from the promotion in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I signed up for the Groove promotion, and near the 1 month free trial end, I was expecting a 3 month code.     I have not recieved my 3 month free Groove code from the promotion


    I signed up for the Groove promotion, and near the 1 month free trial end, I was expecting a 3 month code. I asked support and was told it would be sent nearer the subscription end - however there was some confusion, and they also turned off my auto renew.
    I still did not recieve the 3 month code, and now my subscription has ended too! Can I have my subscription put back on with the offer please?

    I never got my free 3 months of Groove music after buying one and since then it expired and I have not recieved 3 months free code I shouldve. Here's the reference number to my case No. [Mod Removed]

    Where did you sign up for the offer? Was it on an Xbox One console or was it via the website or email? Knowing that will help us when we look into things.
