I have not received my shipping label after 3 days, how am I meant to ship my item within...

Hello, I lodged a warranty claim on the 24th of June to replace my Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller. I have since not received the shipping label nor been able to get a legitimate answer from any of the Microsoft support. I have tried everything ranging from going into my devices and looking for the “get shipping label” but it is not there.
