I have not received my Quantum Break promotional codes from preordering

I preordered Quantum Break the night before release and I have not received my Windows 10 code and Alan Wake codes.

No Codes for Alan Wake or windows 10 copy.

I have not recived any promotional codes for preordering Quantum Break. This is the same as every game I buy from microsoft. I always need to contact support. Please correct this immediately.
