I have not received my Quantum Break Pre-Order bonuses, for Windows 10 code, or any other codes

Hello I ordered the game on the 13th of March, two days before it's release, I was told I would get the windows 10 game code and some other codes. I have received nothing. I'm on the phone with Xbox Support and they are telling me to write this forum message
to get help..

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

Not received the Pre-Order Bonuses of Quantum Break

I pre-ordered the Quantum Break game on (03/11) from Microsoft ecompany store.
I have still not received the my pre-order bonus code for

1. Quantum Break Windows 10 game

2. Alan Wake’s American Nightmare

The codes are going out. Support is aware of the delay for some users and they are working to resolve it.

I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.

Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.

Again, sincere apologies for any frustration this may have caused. For more information, check out the

Just wondering, was the www.gamecodes.pl mentioning that you will have Quantum Break Windows 10 code? I bought my Quantum Break Pre-Load trough Amazon and Amazon mentioned that Quantum Break Windows 10 code will be provided in 7-10 days. But I have no code
yet too.
