I have not received my promotion code in my email

I saw a post on Facebook for a gamerscore discount code so I filled it out and I was able to get a $65 code and would receive it in my email in 30 minutes but I have yet to receive it I was wondering what happened to it and I did the promotion like 9 hours

I still have not received my
promotions or special offers code to my email Or on the Xbox dashboard even though I meet all of the criteria for the promotion.

I only use my Windows LIVE ID and don't have any preferred email addresses on my account. Still no promotion points have been added to my account and haven't received an email with a code. Thanks.

Do you happen to be located in Canada? Have you tried checking your spam/junk mail folders on your email that is tied to your Xbox Live account? I recommend checking through those and if you're unable to locate the code, post back here to let us know!

 

Yes I'm located in Canada. I have checked my spam/junk mail folder and received nothing so I been wondering what has happened why I haven't received it
