    I have not received my GOW collection codes yet.


    I bought a digital copy of GOW4 on 24th Nov. under the Black Friday offers (ref. order # a3f5a4e9-1713-45ff-8974-1693f27ed19d ) but I didn't receive any code for the FREE GOW xbox360 collection that was advertised. I would have gone for a physical copy of
    the game that's on sale here in UAE with the codes if I didn't see the same freebies in the digital version.

    There is already a service request related to this (ref.No. 1364680446 ) but after the fourth follow-up I was told to just post it here as it has already passed the 7-10 days wait time.

    I need to speak to someone in charge of the GoW codes

    I need to speak to someone who works with the developers/xbox/whoever that has control of the GoW collection codes. I specifically bought Gears of War: Ultimate Edition just for the backwards compatibility collection promotion. I have not received the codes
    yet.

    Have not recieved my Gears of War Collection for purchase of Gears of War 4

    Same here it's been 15 days since I redeemed the code that came with the Limited Edition Console I purchased and I haven't gotten a single code for any of the games yet. I think we should be fairly compensated with an elite gear pack for every day over the
    official release day in which we haven't received our codes.
    I also purchased the LE GoW Console and haven't received my codes. I had already received access to GoW 2 and Judgement, but I think this was because I had previously purchased and played the Gears of War Ultimate Edition. Either way, I still haven't received
    any codes for the other various GoW games that I was supposed to get with the GoW Xbox One S LE console and it's been several weeks since I first played GoW 4 on my new GoW Xbox One S.

    I purchased have been playing GoW UE since end of September and have yet to receive my code. I actually played it all the way through with a friend beating it just before New Year. My friend, with whom I played it through in entirety, received his codes
    via the messenger but I never received any such codes. I'd like to check on where these are please.

    I've have been waiting as well, I bought mine from the MS online store. I bought the 1 TB version but still have not received the codes for the legacy collection.

    I also redeemed the code for the Gears of War 4 game.
    Same here. Still no codes. It states clearly on my card i am eligible for the gow 1,2&3.
