Cannot deposit my rewards currency, was told to make this post.

#: 1381116321 that is the reference number I was told to provide. The bar for my rewards is full, says I have 6000 out of 5000 possible rewards credits, and provides no deposit date and has no early deposit button. This has been going on for a while so
I am concerned I may have earned over the 6000 credits and not received any rewards. I talked to a support technician and he told me to post on this forum.

I have not received my deposit of my 6000 credits

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by
the 15th of the next month. Since you got them on the 5th, they are scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month which will take place on the 29th.

    Hello,

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Xbox Rewards credits not converting, please help!

    Hello TheEngineFelixe,

The 13500 is your lifetime Credit amount. This includes previously deposited Credits. You can see a lifetime record of your deposit and Credit events from the MyStatement section on the MyRewards page. Currently you have 6000 Credits pending, so we have
automatically scheduled you for a deposit. However, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through
the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your last Credit event that pushed you over 5000 pending Credits occurred on the 9th, your deposit will not occur until the end of month deposit cycle.

Your last deposit was on January 11th, which you can confirm from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/). Xbox Live Gold renewals do not award Credits, and have not since July 2014.

Xbox Life rewards, gems taken and no rewards..

You can view all of your pending credits on the MyRewards section of the rewards site.
Ok, it says I have 6000 credits pending and that it is emptied on the 15th and 30th of every month. It says I can make an early deposit but there is no date shown below.

Simply Rewarding points have not been put in my account.

    Hello mdeneen99,

From the FAQ for the Simply Rewarding offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Note that pending and deposited are two different Credit types. Pending Credits are undeposited, and are awaiting action to move to the deposited state. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your deposit will not occur until the end of the month.
