I have not received my codes gears of war 1 2 3 or judgment yet

I have not received my gears of war 1 2 3 or judgment yet and I bought them November 25.And when I contacted support over the phone they said the poster here in the moderator will send them to me please help

I haven't received any codes for gears of War 1 to judgment after I pre-ordered the new game.

I pre-ordered the new Gears of War game and have yet to receive any codes for gears of War 1, 2, 3 or judgment.

 

Hello, I acquired Gears of War 4 (downloaded) and I didn't get Gears of War 2 included with the game

Hi, good afternoon. I recently acquired my XBOX ONE S and it included the game "Gears of War 4" (code). My problem is that, as you know, it includes the previous games (Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgment) and I only received the codes for Gears of War 1,
3 and Judgment. So, I would really like to know what can I do to received my missing code of Gears of War 2. Thanks.
