Discus and support I have not received my code in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I preordered on 12/3/2016 and have not received my code.     I have not received my promo code

    I bought an Xbox One shortly after receiving the offer on my 360 and I sill have not received my promo code. I have met all the terms and conditions and am wondering when I will receive my code. Please Help!

    I still have not received my code

    After talking with Xbox live support THREE different times and getting the run around they have lastly referred me this forum. I purchased the game to play on Windows 10 and still have yet to receive a code for the game. Either give me the code or give me
    my money back.

    Just to clarify, when did you purchase Quantum Break? You would have needed to pre-order Quantum Break by April 4th in order to qualify for this offer. When you get a chance, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of your purchase confirmation.

    If you are speaking of the $75 offer the T&C of the offer did state that the code would be sent to your gamertag's messaging center by August 15. As it is still only the 12th I'm afraid that you'll need to be just a little more patient.

    Enjoy the code when you get it.
