    I Have not received Killer instinct 3 full code yet


    I was asked by support to post the issue on a missing game code here in the forums? I've been working with support since 26 De. 13 on fixing or replacing a day one console with a day one console edition, the missing game code and my warranty period. The
    original ticket number was [Mod Removed], the new one is [Mod Removed]. My xbox live account is not expired and with the multiple xbox issues we are having with the new one I have not activated the 2 year xbox live code.
    When will the code be delivered and will I get it?

    Hello I spoke with a customer service rep and was advised to post here. I never received the code via email. I hate to miss out because of some stupid email glitch. Hopefully my issue can be resolved.

    G'day Beelzebuth! I've deleted your other post as only one is necessary, and removed your service request numbers. Please keep that information private between you and official support agents.

    In regards to the Killer Instinct code, I'm afraid I don't see your Gamertag on the list of winners. Did you receive an Xbox Live message or email stating you had won? If so, do you have another Gamertag to which the promotion might be associated?

    Thank you for responding. It would be this account but wasn't for something that I won. I was supposed to receive the game code and a the special Jago character with the preorder of the day one edition & XBox Live Day One Edition package that I ordered.
    Support said it would take up to 6 weeks after the purchase so I've waited patiently but we are well past the wait time now. I have the code for the xbox live if it helps. Thank you.

    If this is the gamertag that should have received the code, please create a new thread so your issue can be investigated separately. Then just hang tight until one of the Microsoft Miss or Mister folks responds to the thread. They should be able to look
    up and see if you were eligible to receive a code. If this was not the gamertag that should have received the code please post that Gamertag. Thank you,
