I have not received download code of Ryse until now

Before there is a promotion "GoldRush" on xbox360.I have purchased 12 months' gold member, and I have received an email from MS to tell I have succeeded getting the promotion,and I can download Ryse on xboxone during 10.1 to 12.30.But I have not received
the download code.Please tell me how to download as free.Thanks.

No Ryse Token Code Received

Bought Xbox One Sunset Overdrive bundle within the last week but did not have time to hook it up until now ;

I am concerned about whether I will get a code for Ryse as what others have received.

Am I still eligible?

 

Xbox live subscription with RYSE digital download code promotion not received

Hi came across a promotion on the xbox store while using my xbox one.

Purchase xbox live subscription 3months- 12months and received a free copy of RYSE digital download code.

I received and invoice stating a purchased 3months xbox live subscription but no mention of the RYSE download code.

How do I receive this code??

If you haven not received a code to your email then check the store to see if the game is free on there.

Otherwise I can only find this for the promotion which doesn't state getting two free games but I don't know what the original offer page stated.

Now I can't open the web page about the promotion.It shows have be moved.I received the promotion on my Xbox360 before. Now I only have the email from MS to confirm that I have purchased and I can download on X1 during 10.1 to 12.30. I can give the screenshots
of the emai. It is written in Chines.You can see the promotion period and my live ID on the left-top.

 

I believe that you received the email. However, as I stated in my last post you may have to deal with your local phone support about this. Unfortunately we can't help on the forums here as we are all just gamers like yourself.
