Hello, I have not gotten my code for winning the Xbox Community Level sweepstakes. But the other winners have gotten it, I have checked my e-mail over and over again, but still nothing. I have already discussed this issue with a Microsoft employee and they
told me to post here. My reference number for the chat is [mod removed].

Will it ever come?

Last night I won The XCL Sweepstakes for FMS 5 I have yet to recieve a Email with my code or Confirmation I won! Just waiting for the Email!

Are you referring to the Ambassador sweepstakes? If so why does your Gamertag not have the Ambassador emblem?

 

I recently changed my gamertag, does that have something to do with it? Or I might not have it placed. I'll check.

 

Not sure why it is not displaying. I am an ambassador. I have been an ambassador for quite some time now. I am level 6 in Forum Specialization and level 5 (about to be 6) as an ambassador overall. I've contacted the other winners and they have confirmed
that they did receive the prize, it was sent via e-mail. It was a 12 Month Xbox Live Gold Digital Code. But I have not received it.

Which means your not classified as an Ambassador or been removed. It might be the system does not recognize your new
Gamertag but usually it should automatically carry over

Ok, thank you. Please let me know what he says. I recently changed my gamertag before the month ended, does that have something to do with it? With my old gamertag, I had the emblem before the change.

 

Ok, I just got word back that this is being investigated. Keep an eye on your Live Messages, emails and pm's just in case.

BTW, I see your ambassador wreath is back.
