I have not got my xbox live gold code that i was promised

I was sent this in an email after recovering my hacked account however it has not been 8 days and i have not received the code yet. If anyone at microsoft or xbox could help this would be greatly appreciated as i would
like to know if this code is still coming or if i just stuff it and pay for the thing.

Who sent you this email and what do you mean by 'is has not been 8 days'? Do you mean it has been less then a week or more?

Well, it does only say "Join Xbox Live Gold" and "Learn more", but on my Microsoft-Account it says that I used the code, and if I got to "Abonnements" in my xbox it says, that I have the gampe and xbox live gold...

I just got my xbox one s with Battlefield 5 bundle. I also got a 14 day trail xbox live gold membership code along with the bundle. I used the code. It said my live gold is active. but i was still not able to play multiplayer on my Battlefield 5.
then i checked if the live gold was really active or not and it wasn't activated for some reason. I tried the code again and it said code already used. what do i do to redeem my prepaid code?

Hey mate i got an xbox one and it came with an xbox live gold and I anterd the code and its telling me its all ready been used when i just got the Xbox live gold
